"NEW MODIFICATION OF VESICOVAGINAL FISTULA REPAIR USING INTERPOSITION GRAFT AND RETENTION SUTURES"
presented at the 2008 American Urogynecological Society (AUGS)Annual Scientific Meeting in Chicago, IL, September 4-6, 2008.
This is the first time such technique has ever been performed, and Dr. Alnaif provided the details of her technique after successfully performing seven cases at Bon Secours Maryview Hospital and Harborview Medical Center in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Dr. Alnaif reported this new technique increases the success and endurance of fistula repair.
